Foundation cigars never disappoint! While this is not the same caliber as other Foundation cigars, the Charter Oak is still a force to be reckoned with! This seemingly light and smooth smoke offers more complexity than its counterparts. Strong flavors were present throughout the smoke, and stayed steady all the way through. A must try for medium bodied lovers! High 3’s/ low 4’s for me
