Bold, bold, bold! This cigar offers great flavor notes as soon as you light it up. I was impressed with the lasting impressions it made throughout the smoke. If you enjoy dark cigars then this should be on your list as a must try! Also, if you have this in the Dominican Republic like we did, then it tastes even better!
Foundation cigars never disappoint! While this is not the same caliber as other Foundation cigars, the Charter Oak is still a force to be reckoned with! This seemingly light and smooth smoke offers more complexity than its counterparts. Strong flavors were present throughout the smoke, and stayed steady all the way through. A must try for medium bodied lovers! High 3's/ low 4's for me
Top notch stick. Dont let the light wrapper fool you, was a stronger smoke than I expected but really enjoyed it. Had great flavor from beginning to end. As I am a cigar chewer as well as a cigar smoker I would rate it a 7 out of ten for chewability. Small pieces of tobacco filler came out every now and then, but the CT wrapper stayed intact.
